Linda is a real estate course author, provider and instructor, creating continuing education learning experiences for REALTORS® using her unique areas of expertise.
Linda has been writing and teaching continuing education courses in her areas of expertise since 2010. These courses are centered on Environmental Concerns, Green/Energy Efficiency, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Land Development, Contracts, Networking and Negotiating.
Linda offers her knowledge nationally as part of the Florida REALTORS® faculty; as an independent provider and instructor in Florida; teaching programs through the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education Program; as an approved provider, author and instructor with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission; and is an approved instructor for NAR’s 2-day Green Designation Course: People, Property, Planet, Prosperity, and several other ABR elective courses.
Linda obtained her real estate license in 2005 and brings a unique perspective to the real estate field as she has 20+ years of experience as an environmental consultant working on projects throughout the southeast. For 10+ years Linda was actively involved with the local Home Builders and Contractors Association allowing her to gain important knowledge on “green” building techniques and improving a home’s energy efficiency. Linda has been awarded NAR’s Green Designation.
Linda uses this experience to assist Owners and Buyers regarding the intricacies of developing/optimizing/selling and buying environmentally-challenged property. Linda also specializes in all other aspects of commercial real estate.
Linda was born in New Jersey and educated at Michigan State University obtaining a BS in Wildlife Management and at University of Florida where she obtained an MS in Wildlife Ecology. Linda is married and rescues cats.
